It's been a tough year in Montreal for the Canadiens, they are having their worst season in franchise history after making it to the Stanley Cup Final last season. However, there have been some bright spots to look forward to heading into next season. The emergence of Martin St. Louis as an NHL coach and a likely top 5 pick to name a few.
St. Louis has rejuvenated many of the players in Montreal, including their two young guns, Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield. Both players were struggling under Dominique Ducharme. It was getting so bad fans were beginning to call Suzuki and Caufield busts.
Since then NIck Suzuki has been the Canadiens top centre and two way player, while Cole Caufield has found his scoring touch lighting goalies up left and right like he was in the NCAA for the University of Wisconsin.
The biggest bright spot of this season though might be this uncovered video of Cole Caufield. The video is from his high school days, and likely shows why Cole chose hockey over acting because he's only good at one of them.
I'm sure the boys in the lockerroom had a great laugh at this video, I know I did.
