Certain athletes come along that make you ponder the question: is this the next big hockey star? Sometimes, you see some video of a kid in an age group he's too good for and wonder if he'll make a splash in the National Hockey League one day.
Bardown may have found the next big thing, his name? Kasen Pusateri. He's 8 years old. Check out the video below. This kid is making everyone around him look foolish.
Now, I know he's 8 and this may be a long shot, but he's definitely outplaying his age group, and not by a little bit, by a lot. With the World Juniors in full swing, one has to wonder, will we see him in 2029?
All jokes aside, this kid's skill level is off the charts and it would be interesting to see if his skill level can translate as he keeps growing. According to at least a couple hockey development programs Kasen is already on their radar as a future star.
