Antonio Stranges dangles the entire team for a goal of the year candidate
If you don't know the name of Dallas Stars' top prospect Antonio Stranges by now, now you do.
Stranges, 20, has been on a tear with the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey Leauge this season, putting up 69 points in 49 games, including 27 goals and 42 assists. All while scoring goals exactly like this almost on a nightly basis:
He was drafted in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft in round 4; the Stars used the 123rd overall pick to select Stranges. The Dallas Stars have found another gem in the later rounds of the draft, nor could they build a future around it. If I'm a Stars fan, I'm excited to see this kid shine and bring his skill set to the NHL level as soon as possible.
