Ottawa Senators young star Brady Tkachuk has been everywhere this offseason. After another disappointing season for the Ottawa Senators, he is trying to make the most of his summer. Sunday night he was in Calgary for game 7 between the Flames and Dallas Stars to support his older brother Matthew Tkachuk.
Brady started off the night by making a special appearance at the Calgary Flames tailgate party. He came out wearing the infamous «Matthew Tkachuk's Friendship Tour» shirt. He also had some extras he threw into the crowd.
During the game, the camera would often pan to the Tkachuk family watching the game. They did not sit in a box suite, but in the lower bowl of the Saddledome with the fans. After every goal Brady made sure to engage with fans offering everyone high fives.
But the highlight of Brady's night was after the Flames scored the overtime winner and punched their ticket to the second round. The arena exploded with joy and Brady Tkachuk made sure to make it special for one little Flames fan.
As far as I know Brady Tkachuk does not have any children and neither do his siblings. This looks he picked up a young fan, wearing his brother's jersey, and hoisted him up to join in the celebration. Some harmless fun that this kid will remember for the rest of his life.
