Calgary Flames to name former player as their next General Manager after search
When Brad Treliving and the Calgary Flames agreed to mutually part ways, the Flames immediately began their search. After speaking with multiple people and prospective hires the Flames have come down to there final decision.
After speaking with candidates including Toronto Maple Leafs Assistant General Manager, Brandon Pridham, the Flames have opted to promote former captain and current executive Craig Conroy to the General Manager role.
Busy week ahead for a couple of Canadian teams. Craig Conroy will be named the GM of the Calgary Flames, while the Maple Leafs begin their GM process in earnest. Expect other additions in Calgary as well.
