The Vegas Golden Knights along with Fanatics role out interesting piece of memorabilia
The Vegas Golden Knights along with Fanatics, the official apparel company of the NHL released an interesting piece of memorabilia recently. A championship belt.
By all accounts, being a fan of the Vegas Golden Knights is more of an experience than just showing up to a game. While going to a hockey game used to involve just showing up to the arena to watch the game, the team on the strip gives you an entirely different experience.
But then they go ahead and team up with Fanatics to take the experience to the next level.
The team along with the ultimate sports apparel and fan gear store has teamed up alongside the National Hockey League and World Wrestling Entertainment to offer a replica WWE Legacy Title Belt with branding from the team, the league and the WWE itself.
With a hefty price tag of $549.99 USD, you must ask yourself, who can afford memorabilia like this? but there are diehard fans who will shell out as much money as they can to get their hands on items such as this.
While the Golden Knights are one of the biggest draws in the league primarily due to the fact their city is a tourist town, one must wonder if this is a genius marketing ploy or if it's a case of an idea that may quickly go bust.
