January is always a busy month for scouts around the National Hockey League with the World Juniors and CHL Top Prospects Game giving these players a big opportunity to increase their draft stock.
On Friday, the National Hockey League's Central Scouting shared their mid-term rankings for the 2024 Entry Draft, which is set to be held in Las Vegas in late-June.
Leading the way in the North American Skaters category is Boston University forward Macklin Celebrini, who is expected by many to be selected first overall in June. Meanwhile, Finnish forward Konsta Helenius landed in first in the International Skaters category.
