Jesper Fast forced to leave game and enter concussion protocol after hard hit

The Toronto Maple Leafs are hosting the Carolina Hurricanes in their last game of 2023. There have been a few fireworks early, Jesper Fast was hit hard in the corner by Noah Gregor and was forced to go to the quiet room; take a look.
Jesper Fast was taken off for concussion protocol after this hit from Noah Gregor
Play was stopped after Fast stumbled coming out of the corner and was then sent off the ice, presumably to go to the quiet room for a few minutes.
He has not returned at the time of writing this article.
