Alex Ovechkin's son shows off the slapshot his dad taught him

Alex Ovechkin was home for the summer and agreed to play in a charity event for fellow countryman, Artemi Panarin. During the event Ovi was able to get some time on the ice with his son. Ovechkin shard this adorable video on his Instagram account. In the video Ovechkin and his three-year old son Sergei ard on the ice practicing.
Sergei appears to have inherited is father's shot. Because at 3 years old it looks like he already has a good shot.
Ovechkin made hockey history last season, scoring his 767th career goal and passing Jaromir Jagr for 3rd all-time in NHL goals scored. He's also now the highest scoring European NHL player of all time. Ovechkin has his eyes set on Wayne Gretzky who remains number one with 894 goals.
