Bruce Boudreau gets emotional in what could be his last game behind the Vancouver Canucks bench
The Vancouver Canucks have been abysmal this year and with the season over the halfway point things are only going to get worse.
With rumours swirling surrounding head coach Bruce Boudreau and his future with the club, he took an extra moment at the end of the Canucks and Edmonton Oilers game yesterday in what could've been his final moment behind the Canucks bench, take a look:
Honestly, the way Boudreau has been treated is an indictment of the organization and the management staff. Boudreau is not only a fantastic coach, but he also seems to be an outstanding person.
It's hard not to feel bad for him as his time in Vancouver likely draws to a close. Watching Boudreau break down behind the bench as he's serenaded with �Bruce, there it is' is a tear jerking moment for sure.
Hopefully Boudreau lands on his feet, whatever happens in the coming days. I'll choose to remember him by how he handled the situation with grace and class.
For now, Vancouver seems to be a directionless franchise with no sympathy.
