It seems most NHL players enjoyed the festivities around this year's All-Star Weekend and game taking place in Toronto. David Pastrnak of the Boston Bruins was clearly having a blast.

Once all the three-on-three games had been played, the big winner at the All-Star tournament was Team Matthews. That's Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs, and three of his teammates: Mitch Marner, Morgan Rielly, and William Nylander. The hometown team defeated Team McDavid in the final. Hearing that the Toronto team had won, Pastrnak took a little dig at his Atlantic Division rivals.

"Bruins forward David Pastrnak on the four Maple Leafs winning the All-Star Game:

'Good for them. They needed some wins. They got one.'

And then he smiled."

Pastrnak also took a friendly shot at Team Matthews Celebrity Captain Justin Bieber.

"David Pastrnak said it was pretty cool having Justin Bieber at All-Star weekend but made time to fit in a chirp:

'He's a Leaf fan, so that's a bit of a step back.'"

It's great to see the players having some fun and showing some personality at the All-Star events. There's always the possibility of a Boston-Toronto playoff series in the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
