The Chicago Blackhawks have not been very good this season, that much is known, but they've have a few bright spots, specifically at forward with their young core and in net with Petr Mrazek.
As such, according to insider and former National Hockey League goaltender Kevin Weekes, the Blackhawks have signed Mrazek to a two year extension; take a look.

are re signing their top G Petr Mrazek to a 2 Yr Contract Extension worth slighty north of $8 Million. #Blackhawks #HockeyX #HockeyTwitter
Mrazek, 31, has played in 32 games for the Blackhawks this season, carrying a 12-17-1 record with 3.01 goals against average and a .907 save percentage.
The contract is worth just over 8 million dollars over two years which means Mrazek makes just over 4M a year.
In fact, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet has confirmed that number is 4.25 per year for Mrazek
