Former NHL goalie makes fun of Thomas Greiss' embarrassing fall
Two minutes into the second period the St. Louis Blues decided to pull Jordan Binnington in favour of Thomas Greiss. After Binnington gave up 4 goals in 17 shots, he managed to secure himself a 10 minute misconduct for trying to incite the Pens bench. So exit Binnington and enter Greiss, like has happened multiple times this season.
As Greiss made his way to the net he unfortunately caught an edge and fell to the ice. Greiss managed to barely miss the cross bar on his way to the ice. Greiss was luckily uninjured on the fall, but he definitely was embarrassed by the tumble.
Today though former Calder Trophy winner Andrew Raycroft took to Twitter make fun of Greiss' fall.
While goalies are usually a union that have each other's back, Raycroft chose to go a different route with this tweet. Greiss came into the game and made 19 games on 20 shots.
