Jacob Trouba absolutely blows up Max Domi and then beats up Steven Lorentz
Jacob Trouba has quickly become known as one of the heaviest hitters in the NHL. Tonight during the 1st period Max Domi fell victim to Trouba as he carried the puck through center. On the play Max Domi appears to fall as Jacob Trouba delivers the hit. The momentum sends Trouba's skates off the ice and he appears to catch Domi with an elbow due to the change in angle.
After the hit Steven Lorentz dropped the gloves with Trouba. Lorentz and Trouba received 5-minute fighting majors, while Lorentz also picked up an Instigator penalty and a 10-minute misconduct.
Domi missed a couple shifts but has returned to the game for the end of the 1st period and beginning of the 2nd.
