Kyle Dubas admits more changes are coming as time runs out on Leafs' core
The Maple Leafs suffered another 1st round exit this season. It marked the 6th time the team has failed to get past the 1st round in a row. The Maple Leafs have already begun shuffling members in their front office.
Yesterday Jason Spezza announced his retirement from professional hockey and he was immediately appointed a job within the Maple Leafs organization. But according to Kyle Dubas the Maple Leafs are still looking at making addition changes.
Dubas said the following:
It's been four years now and I just thought that we need to continue to make changes and alterations; we'll look at the rest here in the coming week or so.
Many fans believed that this playoff loss could cost Dubas his job, but that isn't the case. After the best season in franchise history the Maple Leafs are clearly looking for an answer for their playoff struggles.
For Kyle Dubas sake he better hope he finds the right formula or he and Shanny will be on the outside looking in.
