Minnesota Wild share positive health update on Marc-Andre Fleury
The Minnesota Wild are getting their Flower back, activating Marc-André Fleury off Injured Reserve on Thursday. In a retroactive move Zane McIntyre has been assigned to the Iowa Wild.
Fleury hasn't hasn't played since a Nov. 15 loss to the Predators in Nashville. He suffered an upper-body injury in that game.
Fleury spent about 15 minutes taking shots after practice on Tuesday.
This season, Fleury has gone 6-4-1 with a 2.80 goals-against average (GAA) and a .906 save percentage. His season got off to a slow start, allowing 11 goals in the first four periods, but he's bounced back to familiar form.
The Wild host the Toronto Maple Leafs on Friday with a 1 PM start time.
