Hockey players no matter the level should know when and when not to hit someone. There are some things you just don't do, a blindside hit would be one of those things, but that doesn't stop everyone from delivering dangerous and dirty hits.

Last night, in the American Hockey League, the Laval Rocket played the Milwaukee Admirals and late on the second, a dangerous blindside hit was made on a Laval player, take a look:

Late in the second period, Admirals forward Anthony Angello absolutely buries Rocket defender, William Trudeau in a clear blindside hit after Trudeau had passed the puck along the boards.

Angello was only given two minute penalty on the play for interference and nothing more.

This was one of the most egregious blindside hits I've seen all year, how this is only a two minute penalty I'm not sure.

Angello without a doubt broke the code on this one, not not only is this a blindside hit, finishing someone off into the crossbar.

No one appeared to stand up for Trudeau on the play and if that was indeed the case, I'm sure there will be some carry over if the two sides meet again this season

Should this of been more than a 2 minute penalty?
