Referee blows a call and then yells at the coach when he gets called out
Referees at all levels of hockey have been getting called out recently for their poor performance. Well now it appears referees are now fighting back, at least in the NCHC.
After a player is hhy directly in the numbers, the bench is clearly incensed. The coaches and players immediately let the referee know how they felt, but the referee wasn't having it. The ref immediately approaches the bench and yells back.
It's plays like this that show the lack of accountability that referees want, because this is clearly a blown call.
