The Toronto Maple Leafs got a whole lot meaner this offseason with the main catalyst Ryan Reaves signing a three year deal with a cap hit of $1.35M on the opening day of free agency.

An image many fans will remember was when defenceman Radko Gudas infamously screamed directly in goaltender Joseph Woll's face, after the Panthers scored the goal that eliminated the Toronto Maple Leafs in overtime of Game 5.

Toronto's new resident tough guy Ryan Reaves was asked specifically about the Woll/Gudas incident during the Leafs Golf Classic on Monday. Reaves casually laughed off the question while also sending out a clear warning Gudas' way:

"I hope he tries that," laughed Reaves. "That would be interesting wouldn't it? That would be fun. I doubt there's gonna be any of that here."

Gudas won't have to worry about Reaves too much, since he left the Atlantic division by signing with the Anaheim Ducks this offseason.
