Trevor Zegras Delivered after Being Asked for a Michigan for Christmas
Last night was pretty cool for the NHL as two of the league's young stars dazzled with Michigan goals. Connor Bedard banged one home for the Chicago Blackhawks, while Trevor Zegras of the Anaheim Ducks pulled one off for the Anaheim Ducks.
While both are special, the fact that Zegras was asked for one just before his game against the Seattle Kraken only adds to it. Ducks reporter Aly Lozoff was the one to ask for it.
Lozoff: "Before you go, I've been asked what is my Christmas wish this year. And I have said a Michigan or lacrosse, or ally-oop, or anything you can give us. Can you deliver?"
Zegras: "I'm gonna try, I'm gonna try. That's all I can do."
Zegras: "I'm gonna try, I'm gonna try. That's all I can do."
Zegras tried, and he got it done in what is a really awesome moment for the league this year.
