Sometimes to play hockey, especially recreationally, players have to go to some of the weirdest rinks around in order to play the game they love, but I don't know that anyone has seen a rink quite like this.

According to one Twitter user there's a rink in Lang, Saskatchewan, where you have to go down drawbridge stairs to get to the playing surface, take a look:

The dressing rooms are behind the closest net and the only way onto the ice is through those drop down set of stairs. With the temperature out in Saskatchewan as well, it wouldn't surprise me if it's fairly cold in that rink as well.

I love hockey as much as the next person, but those stairs, mixed with how clumsy I can be would be a death trap if I ever attempted them.

The kinds of rinks you find in small towns across Canada are wild, but I think that's the most awkward set up I've ever seen.
