The Montreal Canadiens faced the Ottawa Senators last night and it didn't take too long for the hostility to renew.

With the score 1-0 Senators Canadiens' forward Michael Pezzetta attempts to pump up the team by taking a charge at Ottawa forward Austin Watson to start a fight. While the attempt was courageous on Pezzetta's part, Watson landed some nice body work before taking him down to the ice.

Both men are known to chuck the knuckles with Watson being a grizzled veteran at the fight game, albeit he's most known for losing. Watson and Pezzetta have been busy men throwing hands this season, the Ottawa forward has eleven fights on his record to the Montreal forwards' six fights.

The role of enforcer has pretty much been eliminated in todays game aside from a few. These two are the closest that you'll find to the modern day goons

The 31 year old Watson has scored 5 goals and 7 points in 54 games this season.

The 24 year old Pezzetta has scored 4 goals and 9 points in 40 games this season.

It's nice to see games that involve none playoff teams still have an edge to them, even when the teams playing have virtually nothing left to play for at this point in the season.
