Patrick Kane re-signs with the Detroit Red Wings

Patrick Kane won't be leaving the Detroit Red Wings after all, according to an insider, he has re-signed in Detroit.
The rumours surrounding Patrick Kane were endless. Was he going to resign a Detroit or was he going to test for agency, now we know the answer.
According to TSN, Pierre Lebrun Kane has re-signed in Detroit on a one-year deal, taking him off the free agent market before it opens tomorrow.

It is a one-year deal, but the terms of the deal aren't yet known. More to come.
Kane, 35, appeared in 50 games with the Detroit Red Wings this season recording 47 points including 20 goals and 27 assists.
After rumours Kane would leave Detroit after one season, he has elected to stay with the organization.
