Earlier this week when speaking about the Ridly Greig/Morgan Rielly situation, Ryan Reaves shared his urge to make hockey violent again. The veteran enforcer wasn't on the ice for Greig's goal, but was sent out on the very next shift to find a potential dance partner. With the score 5-3, none of the Senators players were interested in obliging Reaves.

Tonight the Toronto Maple Leafs faceoff against the Anaheim Ducks for the second time this season. Reaves was unavailable to the Leafs for the last matchup due to injury. Ahead of tonight's game Reaves was asked if he had a message for Radko Gudas.

Gudas has been public enemy number one in Toronto, since his post game celebration in Game 5 of last year's playoffs. After the series clinching goal, Gudas screamed directly in the face of rookie goalie Joseph Woll. This play has been on loop for many Toronto sports fans since it occurred.

When asked about the incident, Reaves had this to say:

Reaves on Ducks' Radko Gudas who caught his attention for rubbing it in Joseph Woll's face in playoffs last year. Reaves was not with the Leafs then but didn't like it.

«It's not like I'm going after him (tonight), but I'll have my eye on him.»

Despite his comments it's fair to assume that Reaves will find himself on the ice with Gudas at some point tonight and it will be interesting to see if Reavo and The Butcher have words.
