Very important player mysteriously leaves Bruins bench mid-game

With the Trade Deadline right around the corner, every NHL player that has been in the rumour mill has more of a microscope on them. Just moments ago it appears a goaltender left his team's bench in the middle of the game

Moments ago, Boston Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark left the bench under rather mysterious circumstances; take a look.

Linus Ullmark is not on the Bruins bench. Not sure why. #BOSvsTOR

Ullmark is the back up tonight but it's really weird that he would leave the bench mid-game, unless something happened.

We'll see where this goes, but it's certainly something to keep an eye on, especially this time of year and the rumours surrounding him after the emergence of Jeremy Swayman.

After the first period of play, the Boston Bruins lead the Toronto Maple Leafs by a score of 2-0.
