While all the talk should be focused on the game, there's a lot of noise being made about the Panthers' home, FLA Live Arena, and how they're ripping off fans for parking.
On their Twitter account on Saturday morning, FLA Live Arena posted a series of photos to inform fans of what's going on ahead of Game 4 including a pre-game party with a DJ, food truck and more. But among those photos was the cost for parking at FLA Live Arena. It's probably safe to assume that they are charging most likely the highest price for parking of any professional sporting team or event.
The cost to park your car at FLA Live Arena for Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final is $100 USD plus tax, which is absolutely ridiculous and so unnecessary.
Several fans made their feelings well known in the comment section of FLA Live Arena's tweet:
$100 + tax to park?! Wtf Smitty (@NHLPicks2) June 10, 2023
May as well let the people drive their car to their seats for that price aidianrc (@aidianrc) June 10, 2023
Gotta get as much money as you can out a sold out arena before they go back to a partially full arena in October. Andrew Mollon (@AMollon) June 10, 2023
Puck drop for Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final is set for 8 p.m. ET tonight on Sportsnet and TNT.
