Teammate reveals wild speech Phil Kessel gave before Game 5
Love him or hate him Phil Kessel is one of the biggest characters in the NHL. From Hot Dog Phil, to the NHL's Iron Man, Kessel has accomplished everything he ever set out to accomplish. After the Vegas Golden Knights Cup victory, Kessel is now a 3-time Stanley Cup Champion as well, something no one will ever be able to take away from him.
On one of the latest episodes of Spittin' Chiclets, Kessel's teammate Jonathan Marchessault made an appearance and shared the hilarious speech Kessel gave before Game 5.
If you f***ing guys lose the game and I have to f***ing fly to Florida and back, I'm going to be pissed.
Luckily for Phil and his teammates the Knights blew out the Panthers in Game 5 and saved Kessel the travel time. This is just another one of the hilarious behind the scenes stories we don't often hear about our favorite players.
