With one of the strongest teams in the NHL, it's no shock that the Boston Bruins are off to a good start again this season, with the team following a season opening loss to the Florida Panthers with two straight victories. In those two wins, the Bruins have played some tight, dramatic hockey against Montreal and Los Angeles, with plenty of drama to accompany them throughout those games.
One person who believes that drama is unjustly against the Bruins is former announcer Jack Edwards, who took to Reddit to express his disgust at the officiating through two games. During a game with the Canadiens, this goal was called back for interference, and it raised the eyebrows of many fans, both Bruins fans and neutrals watching the game.
Edwards was one of those people who believed the Bruins were wronged, having this to say on Reddit;
This came shortly after the retired announcer called out the officiating for biased calls against Nikita Zadorov.
Ultimately, it's hard to argue that there's been plenty of questionable calls in recent years, and now that Edwards is retired, he's free to call it out as he sees it, and after these comments, it's safe to say we haven't heard the last of Edwards' criticisms.
