Former Calgary Flames coach Darryl Sutter & his son Chris remembered Johnny Gaudreau on a recent Toronto Blue Jays broadcast speaking to Jamie Campbell.

Almost a week has passed since the senseless tragedy that took the lives of brothers Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau. With each passing day, someone has shared a tribute to the pair. During a Toronto Blue Jays broadcast, host Jamie Campbell spoke with Darryl & Chris Sutter about Johnny's overall impact he had and the words that the elder Suter were heartbreaking.

Darryl shared how good of a hockey player Johnny was, however, he focused the discussion on the fact that he was everybody's friend. Sutter went on to mention that he was a hockey guy and that's probably why they connected. Gaudreau came from a hockey family and the Sutter's were a hockey family. Jamie proceeded to ask Chris Sutter about his relationship with Johnny. He mentioned how he was a great guy, was a great scorer and always did his best.

Those of us within the hockey community are still coming to terms with what was shared with us last Thursday night or Friday morning, but those closest to the Gaudreau Family, to Johnny and Matthew, have similar stories about the brothers-family-oriented, wholesome men who worked incredibly hard and always tried to do what's right.

It's unfortunate but it makes sense that the loss of the Gaudreau's will way heavy on many people for a long time. The tributes have been aplenty, but there are still many more that have yet to be shared.
