Old video of Matthew Tkachuk surfaces online proving he's built different
Matthew Tkachuk has had an incredible playoff run. He's established himself as the best American born player in the NHL. After some tough playoff runs, Tkachuk has proven he's got the clutch gene and has displayed it on the biggest stage of them all.
Now a video has resurfaced online of Tkachuk before being drafted speaking about his favorite player. While featured with Auston Matthews, Tkachuk shares that his favorite player is Corey Perry. While others selected skilled players, Tkachuk picked someone who prides themselves on causing chaos.
It's clear that Tkachuk has managed to emulate Perry's style perfectly and he'll have his opportunity to achieve his dream of winning a Stanley Cup soon.
