A few weeks ago, Minnesota Wild forward Ryan Hartman and St. Louis Blues goaltender Jordan Binnington went at it. Tonight, they meet again and Hartman has the last laugh.
In the first period just over halfway through, Hartman picks off the puck in the neutral zone and goes in on a breakaway, take a look:
Hartman mocking Binnington at the end here.
When Hartman picks the puck off and goes in on the breakaway, Binnington is comes way too far out and by the time he realizes, he gets walked around and Hartman has an empty net.
Binnington is a player that is easy to trigger, when Hartman scores, he reminds Binnington he should've stayed in his net.
As the season winds down it looks like the saga between Hartman and Binnington is drawing to a close and Hartman certainly got the last laugh on this one.
