Philadelphia Flyers defender with more career fights than goals, scores the goal of the year
Nick Seeler has a reputation as a hard nosed defender. He's known for his willingness to drop the gloves and his play on the defensive side of the puck. For the first time in his career though, tonight Seeler scored an absolutely highlight reel goal.
With the Philadelphia Flyers trailing the Vegas Golden Knights, Seeler picks up the puck in the Golden Knights zone. Seeler then makes an absolutely incredible move to get around a Vegas defender, before burying the puck to make the game 4-2.
The Flyers were unable to complete the comeback losing the game 5-3, but Seeler will definitely remember tonight as the night he scored what will likely be the best goal of his career.
