Earlier this year Matt Murray was schedule to start against the Ottawa Senators. The start was supposed to mark his first game against his former team, but instead Matt Murray ended up on injured reserve with a lower body injury. Fans immediately noted a trend that dated back to his time with the Senators.

During Murray's time with the Senators he always seemed to come down with injury or illness ahead of a game with his former team. This alarming trend seemed to be over when the Leafs announced Murray was set to start against his former team Saturday night.

Saturday morning though the Maple Leafs announced a pair of roster moves, including the recall of goaltender, Joseph Woll from the Toronto Marlies.

Leafs recall Bobby McMann, Joseph Woll from Marlies.

While this is likely just a precaution to get Ilya Samsonov some additional rest, Maple Leafs fans didn't handle it as such. Fans immediately took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the matter.

It's clear that Leafs Nation is coping very well and heading into playoff form in tip top shape.

With the team traveling this morning they'll likely have to wait until this afternoon to find out who is starting in goal.
