The Utah Hockey Club won their first game ever on Tuesday night, and they couldn't help but throw a jab at their Central Division rival in the process.

Tuesday night was a historic one for the NHL, as the Utah Hockey Club officially became the league's 32nd team, with things going much better for them than they did during their first pre-season game. With a young, talented lineup, Utah HC blew the Chicago Blackhawks away, ultimately picking up the 5-2 victory, giving the raucous crowd in Salt Lake City plenty to cheer for.

While the hockey is new in town, the NBA has been around for a long time, with the Utah/Chicago rivalry dating all the way back to the 1990's, with the Wifi code at the Delta Center seemingly a shot at the city of Chicago.

The 'Jordan pushed off' is a reference to the 1997 NBA Finals when Michael Jordan hit a game winning shot that won the Bulls their 6th NBA title, all while breaking the hearts of every Utah Jazz fan around the world for the second straight season. While this is seemingly the Wifi name for every single game at the Delta Center, it's certainly worth noting when they go up against the Blackhawks as it adds another layer to what will become a fierce Central Division rivalry.

The Delta Center recently drew plenty of positive and negative attention, with the team announcing record low prices at their concession stands, all while plenty of seats in the arena have obstructed views. That's something that owner Ryan Smith is clearly working on moving forward, but for now, the Hockey Club are officially part of the NHL, and stamped their arrival with a big victory against a division rival, all while throwing some great jabs at them.
