Before Connor Bedard hits the ice with the Chicago Blackhawks this fall, he's getting in a little bit of extra work with Kent Johnston, they're both playing in the North Shore Inline Hockey League out in British Columbia.
Yesterday, Both Bedard, Johnston and their team Great Guys took on the Warriors and to say both men put on a show is an understatement; take a look.
Bedard and Johnston go down the floor on a two on-one with Bedard skating backwards. He then pivots, fakes the shot and passes over to Johnston who wires it past the Warriors goaltender.
No matter where Bedard plays, on the ice or off, he finds a way to dazzle both opposing teams and fans alike, the way the Warriors defender fell for the fake shot was a thing of beauty.
