Boston Bruins trade Taylor Hall
The Boston Bruins have been trying to clear cap space since their season ended. Today it appears they've finally managed to do so. Elliotte Friedman reported earlier today the Bruins were looking to work a deal with the Chicago Blackhawks to clear cap space, now they've done so.
Frank Seravalli was first to report the news but the Bruins have officially traded Taylor Hall to the Chicago Blackhawks.
Hearing #NHLBruins are working on a deal that will include sending Taylor Hall to Chicago. Waiting on more details.
Hall has 2 years remaining on his current contract with 6 million owed each season. Last season in 61 games Hall had 16 goals and 20 assists for 36 points.
