Breaking News - Bo Horvat signs massive contact with the New York Islanders
At the All Star Game, Bo Horvat made it known he was in no rush to sign a contract with the New York Islanders. That information created some panic for Islanders' fans, but fear not less than 24 hours later, Horvat has come to terms on a new max term contract.
The New York Islanders announced that deal via their Twitter account.
As is always the case with Lou Lamoriello contracts, he has refused to release salary value of the deal. But the deal is reportedly for 8 years for $8,000,000 per season.
Believe it's 8x8 for Bo Horvat on Long Island.
This is a large deal for the Islanders and will make the price they paid for Horvat much more reasonable.
