Calgary Flames issue medical update after day 1 of camp and it's bad news for 1 player
The Calgary Flames entered training camp with high hopes for this season. After missing an entire season the Flames were set to get Oliver Kylington back in the lineup. Kylington missed all of last season due to a personal issue, but appeared excited to return this year.
However, after just the first day of camp it appears that return may have hit a snag. This morning the Flames released the following statement:
Following yesterday's medical and fitness testing, it was determined that Oliver is unable to participate in the opening of training camp today. As this is a private personal matter, no further information will be provided.
Fans immediately began to show their love and support for the defender.
Hopefully Kylington is able to find peace and get himself back on the ice if that's where he wants to be.
