Earlier this year, NHL head coach Andrew Brunette faced charges of driving a golf cart under the influence in Florida.
In April of this year, while he was an associate coach of the New Jersey Devils, Brunette was caught on video clearly drunk and refusing a blood alcohol test after driving a golf cart recklessly. In the video, he vaguely threatens the officer, and tries to flex his ties with the NHL.
Now, five months later, Andy Slater is now reporting that all criminal charges have been dropped against Brunette, who is now going to become the Nashville Predators head coach this season.
Hopefully, Brunette learns from his reckless behaviour and doesn't put himself in that type of situation again.
