Embarrassing scene at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto

Well, it's that time of year again when Toronto Maple Leaf fans are ready to get hurt again, and through the first 20 minutes, things aren't going well for the Leafs.
Down 3-0 to end the first period against the Tampa Bay Lightning, and Leaf fans are letting their team hear it; take a look:
At this point, can anyone blame the fans for booing? The Leafs off the ice after that effort? A team that was supposed to be built for the playoffs comes out with that effort in the first period. Honestly, fans have a right to be mad.
The good thing about this is it's the first period of game one, and there's lots of time to come back. Unfortunately, history says there's absolutely nothing to be optimistic about here.
Let's hope for their sake they come out to play in the second period.
