The Chicago Blackhawks organization isn't in good standing and hasn't been for some time after hiding details about multiple scandals, but with the handling of their most recent one, some thought they were turning a corner, however that might not actually be the case as it looks like they've been caught once again.

According to an excerpt from his book, former National Hockey League player Jordin Tootoo has said that the Chicago Blackhawks were able to exploit LTIR to avoid sending him down to their AHL Affiliate, the Rockford IceHogs because his wife was about to have a baby; take a look.

Now Tootoo does say that his shoulder had been hurting him for a while, but that doesn't mean he wasn't fit to play, in fact the wording in that passage is extremely suspect. The Blackhawks organization and Stan Bowman were comfortable using that as a way to get out'' of the contract.

This is just another example in what is becoming a long list of examples where Chicago does some shady things and then doesn't provide all the details. At this point, hardly anything else would be a surprise.
