Hall of Famer Chris Chelios selling Malibu home for hefty price tag
Former NHL defenceman and Hockey Hall of Famer Chris Chelios has decided to put his Malibu-based home up for sale and is listed for a massive price tag of $75 million USD.
Chelios' home features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, as well as a guest cottage and at the top of the property line, you get a beautiful view of what's called the 'Queen's Necklace'. The 'Queens Necklace' is the coastline between Malibu and San Pedro and when it's lit up at night, looks like a necklace.
The three-time Stanley Cup champion initially purchased the home back in 2003, while he was a member of the Detroit Red Wings, for $6 million USD, so he's going to be getting a massive profit once it's sold.
