It's finally official - Claude Giroux has been traded
The worst kept secret in the NHL has finally been revealed. According to Pierre LeBrun the Florida Panthers have officially acquired Claude Giroux.
Trade call hasn't happened yet, but hearing the Florida Panthers are finalizing a deal for Claude Giroux from the Philadelphia Flyers
The expected return for this deal is expected to include Owen Tippett and at least one other prospect. The Panthers have been reported to he Giroux's preferred destination after he blocked trades to both Boston and New York.
This will be Giroux's first game for any team other than the Philadelphia Flyers.
