Jack Eichel injured and it's a ''huge concern'' according to Vegas coach

Last night the Vegas Golden Knights beat the Florida Panthers, 5-3. It was a costly win as Jack Eichel left the game, with 4:15 remaining in the 2nd period with what appears to be a right hand injury after blocking a shot.
He appeared to be grabbing his right hand, after he blocked a shot from the blue line.
Eichel was also shaken up on the play earlier in the game Where he spent a little bit of time speaking with the team trainer, after taking an awkward check down low.
The Vegas Golden Knights has a current record of 33-26-4. As well, there's a growing list of injuries With the final stretch of the regular season approaching, how will these injuries affect their chance to hold a playoff spot?
