Last night, Spittin Chiclets made public everyone's favourite part of hockey: a massive line brawl.
In a recent Junior B level game in British Columbia, it appears every player on the ice started a heated fight with each other on the ice.
The punches are extremely aggressive, with some players being hit directly in the head while held down to the ice. The referees had no chance of controlling the situation, but are eventually able to defuse only a few fights.
In total, 43 games of suspensions were dished out for the line brawl. It's a somewhat low level of hockey, so details of suspensions aren't exactly clear at the time, but who cares about details when the punches are flying like that?
