Matthew Tkachuk opens up about doing these two things before he hangs up the skates

Matthew Tkachuk is one of the best young forwards in the National Hockey League that shouldn't be hanging up the skates for quite some time, but there are two things he wants to do before he stops playing professional hockey, both coincidentally are with his brother Brady.
According to an appearance on the Cam & Strick podcast, Matthew wants to team up with Brady twice before his time is done. Once on the international stage representing the United States of America, and eventually in Florida with the Panthers too; take a look.
we've talked about that a lot since we both got into the NHL, I mean who knows, the only opportunity might be a team USA thing but in the NHL I think he would have to come to Florida. I'm not going up there. I don't know, he's got a few years left before he decides on doing anything
Now of course it makes sense that at some point during their careers professionally in the NHL or internationally, the two brothers want to play together, but to hear one of them say it out loud makes it more than a fan fever dream.
We'll see if this ever ends up happening, but at least we know the older of the Tkachuk brothers wants it to happen.
This isn't something to watch for right away, but as the brothers move forward in their careers the possibility of a reunion in the NHL or otherwise is definitely there.
