Michael Buble roasts Johnny Gaudreau during Calgary concert
Since signing with the Columbus Blue Jackets Johnny Gaudreau has become public enemy number 1 in Calgary. The 100+ winger chose to move closer to home this season and of all places he selected Columbus, a location that was far from expected.
Enter Canadian singer, Michael Bublé who chirped Johnny Hockey during a concert in Calgary:
Michael Bublé just absolutely roasted Johnny Gaudreau at the concert in Calgary
"I don't want to play where it's hard. I don't want to win the Stanley Cup"
We stan Michael Bublé
Playing in a smaller market like Columbus is definitely "easier". The Metropolitan Division is tougher by far, as the East continues to get a better year, by year.
Calgary only has at most the Edmonton Oilers to contend with in the Pacific Division, one of the easier divisions in the NHL. The Blue Jackets are at best 3 years from contending even as a fringe playoff team, but Gaudreau made a family over-team decision which is completely relatable.
If he wants to go over the points need to win the Metropolitan Division over the Pacific Division, I am available.
