During the 3rd period of what would end up being a 5-1 victory, Daniel Amesbury of the Hat Tricks throws a gigantic hit on Gavin Yates. On the play Yates moves the puck forward before taking the hit and he is immediately knocked unconscious.

It is likely Amesbury will face a suspension for this hit, but should he?
