Rangers owner reportedly frustratedly leaves game before the game was even over
The Tampa Bay Lighting and New York Rangers locked up last night for a pivotal game 4. With the Lightning leading the game 3-0 midway through the 3rd period, it sounds like the New York Rangers brass had seen all they could stomach.
Rangers owner James Dolan, Glen Sather, Henrik Lundqvist and a large entourage look to be leaving early to beat traffic
According to Michael Russo the Rangers brass didn't even stick around for Artemi Panarin's goal late in the 3rd.
This appears like odd behavior for an owner, especially during the playoffs and especially on the road. The Rangers went onto lose the game 4-1. The win ties the series at 2, while Game 5 goes tomorrow back in New York.
