Rare Marc-Andre Fleury mistake will end up in this year's worst play list
When it comes to handling the puck Marc-Andre Fleury is usually very reliable. He's great at finding an outlet for his defensemen and moving the puck up ice quickly. He's a throwback to yesteryear, when goalies weren't afraid to handle the puck.
Unfortunately for Fleury tonight wasn't one of those nights. As Fleury tried to move the puck to one of his defensemen, it was cut off by Joonas Donskoi. Donskoi quickly moved the puck to the front of the net to a waiting Daniel Sprong who deposited his 9th goal of the season.
This goal face the Kraken the 1-0 lead. Yanni Gourde added another goal for the Kraken before Joel Eriksson Ek replied for Minnesota. The game is currently 2-1 during the 1st intermission.
